World class
Talent Norway was initiated by the Norwegian ministry of Culture and Equality, and founded in 2015 in a partnership with independent philanthropic foundations, aiming at world class talent development within the art field. Furthermore, we push for structural changes needed to ensure a better framework for artists aiming at professional careers.
Inspired by the highly successful work that has been done within sports by Olympiatoppen, Talent Norway aims to assist talented performers to fulfill their full potential and build professional careers.
In cooperation with foundations, trusts and corporations, Talent Norway is co-financing high level talent programs. Talent Norway does not support individual talents financially, but collaborates with external talent programs from all cultural fields.
In 2022, Talent Norway has more than 700 talented performers in over 50 talent programs in our network.
